  • Click the question to expand the answer -
  • How long will my session last?
  • If you chose a Swedish-style table massage [or a variation like myofascial or sports] then allow 60 min. for the massage. If it will be a Thai-style floor massage, then allow a minimum of 90 min.
  • Where will the session will take place?
  • I’ll travel from the southside to any home or business with plenty of room - and it must be on the first floor if a table is needed.
  • What should I wear?
  • Swedish massage usually means "undress to your comfort level" & that often means to your underwear, but nude is ok since you will be covered the entire time. For Thai massages, any comfortable, flexible clothing is fine.
  • Payment Options
  • Currently, I can accept cash or credit payments [via Paypal] - price set when booking. (Tips are greatly appreciated!)
  • Medical Issues
  • There are several conditions that might make a massage unsafe - especially if you are having any kind of heart / vascular symptoms. Be sure to share with me any medications you are currently taking, as well as any recent injuries.
  • Confidentiality
  • Rest assured that our session and your information will stay with me. Any charting that I may do is for reference and to develop a care plan - as needed.

For much of my life I’ve had the ability to utilize it for calming, connections & even informal massage work.
It wasn’t until I experienced enormous stress levels that I recognized the therapeutic benefits of healing touch / massage. It’s a mode of healing that can help us to function better in life and I’m very proud to have become an L.M.T.
The body has incredible abilities - but sometimes needs a bit of help to right itself.
